About the author

Walter von Tagen III was born in California at an early age.
  "I wanted to be by my mother at the time," is his explanation.

His experience as a writer began in Mrs. Ewing's music appreciation class with Walter writing a first person narrative piece while listening to the 1812 Overture -

He wrote from the viewpoint of Napoleon.

His life has allowed him to travel extensively in Europe, and parts of the Caribbean.

He can be glimpsed in such movies as the mini-series "East of Eden", "Dead Solid Perfect" and possibly in "Strawberry Road".  The last one Walter has never had the chance to view as it was a Japanese/American co-production that was never released in the United States.

He has been worked behind the scenes as a Television Director, Camera Operator, Floor Director, and Audio person for the past few years.

His writing covers Thrillers, Mystery, and Science Fiction.

He often writes at his local Starbucks and drinks a hell of a lot of iced tea.
